What to do in case of a defect (damaged) product / or if you want ot return a product:

A product which does not work properly gives enough trouble as it is. To minimise the issue EnGenius wants to provide you with the best service possible. To make sure your RMA (Return Material Authorisation) request can be handled as efficient as possible, we kindly ask you to read and follow the procedure below.

Two scenarios in which you can make a RMA request:
1. the product is defect/damaged when delivered.
2. the product breaks down within the warranty period.

1. Product is defect/damaged when it arrives.
If your product is defect within 7 days after delivery, you can return it and EnGenius will pay for the transportation costs.(back and forth) You can send the product to us and we'll take care of the shippingcosts. Please follow the procedure below to receive your RMA number and returnadress information.

- make a request for a RMA number by sending an email to: rma@engenius-europe.com
- You will receive a RMA number by e-mail with which you can return the product to EnGenius free of charge.
- the defect product will be replaced with a new product in case it cannot be repaired.
- the replacement product will be sent to you by post, free of charge.
- If you prefer, the possibility exists to bring the defect product to our office in De Meern. After examination we will inform you that it can be picked up in De Meern.

2. The product breaks down within the warranty period.
If your product is defect / breaks down after 7 days from the delivery date, but still within the warranty period, you can also return it to EnGenius. In this case, you will have to pay for transportation costs (back and forth) You can send the product to our freepost. Please follow the procedure below to receive your RMA number and returnadress information.

- make a request for a RMA number by sending an email to:  rma@engenius-europe.com
- You will receive a RMA number by e-mail with which you can return the product to EnGenius. 
- Transportation costs will be at your expences.
- the defect product will be replaced with a new or simular product in case it cannot be repaired.
- the replacement product will be sent to you by post. (at your expences)
- If you prefer, the possibility exists to bring the defect product to our office in De Meern. After examination we will inform you that it can be picked up in De Meern.
